Gaming socks

Hey there, it's Sara. Today I am doing a tutorial for gaming socks. If you always have difficulties buying a gift for a teenage boy, this might be the perfect project for you.

What you need:
Silhouette Cameo/Portrait/Curio
LW PERFECT PRINT FONT  (ID #55154)
Gold heat transfer vinyl
Black socks
Heatpress/iron

MAKING YOUR DESIGN:

I started with writing the name I wanted to have on the socks.

Then I need to adjust the text a bit as its going on the back of the socks, so to make it a bit morein the centre of the socks, I centred the text and then I adjusted the line spacing to about 137%.

The thickness of this font is quite thin and I wanted the text to be a bit clearer when its on the socks, so I thickened the text by creating an offset of about 0.05 cm.

Then I welded the text together.

I adjusted the size and then mirror the text.

Cut the text using heat transfer settings.
After that you can heatpress/iron your design on.

Finished result, perfect gift for any gaming addict out there!
